Which version of Windows ?
AFAIK, NT4's SNMP-support was very bad - it didn't have a complete 
host-2-mib (or what it's called).

Also, you should get a graphical SNMP-browser like mbrowse - it makes 
understanding those MIBs much easier.
And get a copy of the O'Reilly book about SNMP.
Once you got the grip on SNMP, you'll find tons of MIBs you want to 
check with Nagios ;-)
