UP state notifications

So Nagios was runing great for me for the longest time, now all of the
sudden my host up state notifications have seemed to stop working.  I
still get the down notices but UP forget it.  Any information I can
provide to the list to help me with this?  There is nothing that I know
of that has been changed at all.  Any idea of what to look at?
