Notify-by-email on Solaris 8 doesn't populate the subject

To do this either manually edit the misccommands.cfg and change all mail
entries to mailx or use the  --with-mail switch with configure.  I just
edited the cfg file works well now.

To get standard "mail" behavior on Solaris, use "mailx".
