including a file from in the services.cfg file

There  isn't an include directive per se; but you can use the "cfg_dir" 
directive in nagios.cfg to define a direction in which all files should be 
used as object-files.  services do not have to go in just a file called 
services.cfg, so you can have your perl script write to the directory 
specified by cfg_dir and it'll get read in whenever Nagios launches.
