running apache

Why would you want to run two instances of apache for this? A better
solution is Apache name-based vhosts (virtual hosts). If you require two
separate instances of apache, simply create a copy of httpd.conf, edit
it as you wish, remembering to change the port that it listens on so it
doesn't conflict with your first installation and start apache using
that new config file.
