Make sure apache has read access to your htpasswd.users

And you have setup user in your cgi.cfg starting at line 122,
SYSTEM/PROCESS INFORMATION ACCESS.

I had the same problem, but that fixed it.

It appears as though you do not have permission to view process
information...


If you believe this is an error, check the HTTP server authentication
requirements for accessing this CGI and check the authorization options
in your CGI configuration file



I checked all permitions on file, they seem to be fine.. What am I
missing?
