Nagios not notifying?

Postfix. It sends the emails, for about a week or two, then it just
stops. The box itself has been up for 6 months, nothing has changed on
the box. The nagios install is only 2 months old though, and it seems
to take a good restart of nagios to get it to notify again.. Once it
stops notifying, mail doesn't hit the queue, and nagios doesn't log
notifys, it just logs alerts..
