Is my nagios in good shape?

Hey guys, 

I lost 1 day worth of email. My internet connection went down. So all the 
public SMTP transactions going into to my home hosted mail server failed. 
Where can I find the archive emails of this nagios list? Or can someone 
forward their reply to this topic I have started? I want to know your 
recommendations about the result of my nagios -s.
