Changes via web

Hi,

I'm having some trouble enabling a host notification via the web
interface , I click "Enable notifications for all services on this host"
the Disabled red square changes to green, however when I refresh the
page its back to red again and doesn't sent out the email if there are
problems.

Is there anyway to set the enable via some form of command line command?
