logfile rotation and showlog.cgi

Hi,

I'm not sure if I missed something, but I found that
the showlog.cgi does expect some logfile rotation to 
be done on the nagios.log logfile.
I have set up a cron job and a script to do this, but
want some confirmation that this is the right thing to do.

Anyone care to comment ?    :-)
