Mail not working

Hello there,

I've got Nagios running on a debian system working ok, however my email
is not working to the notify_by_email.

I was wondering if there was somewhere I could obtain a running command.
Similar to the one I've got listed in misccommands. Attached here

That utilizes postfix.

Is there also a way of running those above lines manually and seeing
where they fail?
