Can't get process_performance_data working

well, unfortunately it does not work, this was the reason for my posting.
Of course that  I-WAS-HERE stuff is just a testing script in order to track
down whether or not the process-host-perfdata command is executed.
Actually it is not, and I'm trying to figure out why it does not behave as 
expected.

Well this would be the next step if I could get the process-host-perfdata
command actually started.
