escalations.cfg question

I am trying to do this:

Have 4 services from one box page cell phones, in addition to e-mailing, 
have all other services just e-mail...

The problems I am running into; it would see that the 
service_description line doesn't appear to accept comma separated values...

as well is there a provision in the nagios configs to do a catch-rest 
I.E. I define, PING,SERVICEA,SERVICEB => page to cell & everything else, 
just e-mail address X.

is there a way to do this WITHOUT having to define each service one by one?
