Correction.  If you were smart you'd admit your errors (preferably before
others could spot them).  The people I respect make mistakes (occasionally)
but admit to them; the people I do not respect make mistakes and either
deny making them or say nothing about it.  The people who I respect
immensely make mistakes (occasionally) and correct themselves before
anyone else has a chance to (some of us know what the cryptic B{HK}
means).  If you were an irredeemable idiot, you would deny making a
mistake, 

We all screw up.  Some of us admit to it and some of us do not.  Welcome
to the club of clued-up people (as long as your mistakes are relatively
infrequent).
