Nagios CGI error

Hi,
I've just installed the Nagios on one of our shared servers. And 
everything seems to be okay.. I've configured the webinterface, 
authentication and when I type http://xx.xx.xx.xx/nagios/ it asks for a 
password and logs in perfectly. The documenation is working fine. But 
when I try to run the cgi's I am getting an internal server error. And 
the apache error log says : premature end of script headers..

Any help ?!?!!
