That gets them notifications, but to use the web interface more is
required.  Go to the docs, click on "Setting up the web interface"
and follow the link at the bottom of the page about configuring web
authentication.  If the username they log in with is the same one of
the contact names they get to see all the servers that username is
a contact for.
