Log-Rotation running twice

I don't think so:
2402328 Feb 15 23:58 nagios-02-16-2004-00.log
2673896 Feb 16 23:59 nagios-02-16-2004-23.log
     33 Feb 16 23:59 nagios-02-17-2004-00.log

In a case like this I would lose the information I want because in
nagios-02-17-2004-00.log there's no information at all.

But that's not a problem as we already have a perl script that puts the log
entries into the right files.

I just don't want to do that every other morning ;)
