Notification problem (3rd attempt)

Thank you for the suggestions that were sent. I didn't think to try the 
mail command as the nagios user (silly me). Once running this command I had 
a permission denied error for the /tmp dir. Fixed that and Nagios is 
sending notifications now. Thank you!
