big problems with cgi

hi,

Nagios seems to run properly on my server. I can access  the Nagios Web
page, but when i "click" on a link this message is displayed :

Not Found
The requested URL /nagios/cgi-bin/config.cgi was not found on this server



What's wrong with my CGI  ??

I think that all the path about cgi is good in my configuration files !!
