Updating Nagios on SuSe

If you do go the compiling route, be aware that your current RPM install
put things in different places than a tarball install will. With a
tarball, _everything_ is installed under /usr/local/nagios unless you
specifically change where things are going to be installed with
./configure flags. The RPM also does things that a tarball install will
not like configure logrotate (why it's there and what it's supposedly
rotating I have no idea), /etc/httpd/modules/nagios (what's installed
here I have no idea), etc...
