monitoring top in redhat 9

I'm running rh9 and would like to monitor most if not all of the info
contained in "top".  I don't need any of the pid stuff, just cpu,
memory, and swap.  I'm already checking processes, users, and load from
the default nrpe load.   Pretty new to this whole thing so please
include specific urls, or suggestions.
