nrpe intermittent

Hey guys, 

I have this intermittent problem when check_nrpe is executed. Sometimes, it 
gets good values. Sometimes it gets "Connection refused by host". From my 
analysis, there is no problem with check_nrpe script but the problem is on 
the daemon. 

Anyways, do you have any ideas how to get rid of this error?
