Hello,

You don't have to reboot your NT/W2K machines if you want to install
NSClient or NRPE.
For NSClient just:
        pnsclient.exe /install
        net start nsclient

Here you can find NSClient and NRPE_NT:
http://www.nagios.org/download/extras.php

In both packets there are more or less good documentations.

Regards
Hendrik

[Nagios-users] Any NT/2000-specific Docs?

Any NT/2000-specific Docs?

just curious, -have a large number of MS machines to monitor from my
openbsd machine. -am looking for key items like "requires reboot during
install of NSClient or NRPE" ; "download/find nsclient here" et al.
danke.

p.s. am impressed how flawlessly nagios assembled on my bsd platform,
only had to make *one* change, and that was to edit the Makefile and
change two user entries from root to nagios.
