Reports only show data from a specific tim e period?

Unless the service actually goes down outside the timeperiod you're currently
checking it, then you may want to consider making your check period 24/7, and
simply restricting your notification period to 8-19_5x7.  Not sure if this
meets your needs, but I think under most conditions this would fix your
problem.
