Templates for Web Interface

Is anybody on this list actually using nagios-php?  If so, is it functional?

Personally, I'd like to see one in Perl using Template Toolkit,
considering that there are already a handful of Perl modules for reading
Nagios configuration and status files. But, lacking the time and
motivation to do it myself, I can't complain.
