Service check not running

[Martin, Stanley G [CGEY Contractor for Sprint]]

I have a number of services configured to check NT Services and they're
not working.  I perform a "re-schedule the next check of this service"
and I see it show up in the nagios.log  file, but on the service screen
the "Next Scheduled Active Check" still shows "N/A" and never changes.
