OT Help

I run a small NOC using Nagios and Cacti as two of my primary tools but 
I keep all of my docs in a spreadsheet and I am looking for a better 
way.  Has anyone out there created a database to keep your "customer" 
information and information from the clients and such?  Anything that 
you would be allowed to share?  I have been looking for a couple of days 
on and off but if there is one already out there I haven't found it 
yet.  Any help would be appreciated.
