Event Handlers are not runing or logging.

Nagios doesn't care diddly squat where an object (command, host, 
service, whatever) is defined, as long as it is in a file parsed as an 
object configuration file at Nagios start-time.

In other words; It doesn't matter at all and is subject to personal 
preference. We have our eventhandlers in eventhandlers.cfg, for instance.
