I don't think that'd be possible without some major hacking to
the CGI's, as HTTP is itself a stateless protocol (so the CGI's
don't know if it's the first or second or ten millionth time the
browser has reloaded the page), and as far as I know the CGI's
don't do any session tracking.  Possibly this planned for 2.0 or
3.0 or 6.x? :)

If you don't need to tie in the sound to the web interface, you
might want to consider setting up a special notification contact
that will play a sound on appropriate machine(s) when an event
occurs.
