Scheduling a check

Hi all,

How do I configure a check to run at a particular time (as opposed to 
every "n" minutes). I want to be able to check that an NT backup has run 
on a server at 9am every morning. I am planning to use NTsyslog to send 
the Event Logs from the server to the syslog daemon running on the 
Nagios server and then do a scheduled check to query the syslog for the 
NT backup success event.
