send_nsca configuration confusion

You must define a host and a service that matches what NSCA will be
sending or Nagios will ignore the passive check entirely. Since Nagios
will not be checking these services directly (I presume), you can set an
arbitrary check_command but set the check_period to NONE or
active_checks_enabled to 0. The documentation on Passive Checks and
Distributed Monitoring should help clear things up for you.
