Thank you much. I was looking at it from what is free, not from what is
used. Thanks again

OK, I think the doc was not clear :

By default, check_snmp_storage checks the percent USED of the disk (it is -
badly - indicated by the 'u' after % sign), so with your C drive with 66%
USED SPACE :
- with '-w 10 -c 15' : it gets critical because MORE than 15% is used
- with '-w 10 -c 75' : if is not critical (< 75%) but warning (>10): MORE
than 10% is used. etc....

If you want to check the percent LEFT on your disk , then use '-T pl' switch
with critical and warning level in this order : %crit < %warn < %OK this
time.
The plugin will calculate the percent LEFT will return OK if it is MORE than
the warning level.

I'll make it more clear on the next version docs.

By the way '(2686/4040)' means 2686 Mb used out of 4040 Mb.
You can also make tests with Mb LEFT ('-T bl') and Mb USED ('-T bu') and the
warning and critical levels in Mb. On Windows, you can use '-m ^[CDE]:' to
check at the same time C, D and E drive.

Make a 'check_snmp_storage.pl -h' for complete help

Great job on the check_snmp_disk have a Q though. Maybe I'm not doing this
right, or fully understand it...(or maybe its just win2k) but

...
gentoo1 libexec # /usr/nagios/libexec/check_snmp_storage.pl -H $HOSTADDRESS$
-C public -m 'C:' -w 10 -c 15 C:\ Label: Serial Number a45fc41e : 66 %u
(2686/4040) (> 15) : CRITICAL
gentoo1 libexec # /usr/nagios/libexec/check_snmp_storage.pl -H $HOSTADDRESS$
-C public -m 'C:' -w 10 -c 75 C:\ Label: Serial Number a45fc41e : 66 %u
(2686/4040) (> 10) : WARNING
gentoo1 libexec # /usr/nagios/libexec/check_snmp_storage.pl -H $HOSTADDRESS$
-C public -m 'C:' -w 70 -c 75 C:\ Label: Serial Number a45fc41e : 66 %u
(2686/4040) (< 70) : OK ...

Seems slightly backwards to me. Please let me know if its something I'm
doing...or what. (I changed the actual IP to $HOSTADDRESS$)

Hi everbody,

I wrote some plugins which can check by snmp disks, interface and process on
a remote host. Disks, interface and process can be selected by perl regexp.

You can download them at http://www.manubulon.com/nagios/

Please send me your feedback & advices at nagios at proy.org .
