Checking Web Site Status

I'm new to Nagios.  I would like to check a number of domains with this 
monitoring service and have it actually go onto the server, check the 
page that i specify and see if there is a certain keyword (like "Billing 
Information") there.  That way i know if the site is up and not 
displaying some bogus page.  Can i do this with this with Nagios?   What 
about https://... pages?
