Mysql report problems

I have had nagios up and running for a few days without any major issues.
(that I haven't been able to fix myself)
Reports have been working, until today I went to run a availability report
for a host, and it said that it was 100%.
Granted I would love to believe that it was 100%, BUT I know for a fact that
it is not. I ran some other availability and trend reports, and they
basically have no data in them. I was wondering if anyone has some checks or
something that I could do. I consulted the docs, but I didn't find anything
in there that would help out.
Anyone that can give me any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
