Problem Getting the APAN Link to Appear in Nag ios

I you referring to the servicextinfo-apan or servicextinfo.cfg file? I have the
former, but not the latter.
If I need servicextinfo.cfg, what is the syntax used in it?

You need serviceextinfo stuff set up (you don't mention it, so I'm
guessing you don't have it).

The icon that you define will be a link to it.
