check_ifoperstatus

If you already installed the Net::SNMP module, that means 
check_ifoperstatus don't find the SNMP.pm library in the good directory 
(Net directory of perl). You must do something that seems like:

cp /usr/local/net-snmp-5.1/perl/blib/lib/SNMP.pm  /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/Net/
