check_ifoperstatus

Hi 
I'm new to nagios, but have it setup and worked fine for most checks. 
Problem is when using the check_ifoperstatus this is the error I'm getting:

Nagios 1.2 on Red hat linux 9 with nagios-plugins 1.3.1
