Plugins RPM

I've tried to install the RadHat 8 RPM of the plugins on
http://dag.wieers.com/packages/nagios-plugins/
But got the following error:
 
error: Failed dependencies:
perl(Net::SNMP) is needed by nagios-plugins-1.3.1-2.dag.rh80
fping is needed by nagios-plugins-1.3.1-2.dag.rh80
 
So I installed Net::SNMP and the latest fping, still getting the same
error. Anyone know why?
