checking BGP states on Cisco routers

Thank you to those who responded. I admit I am a newbie :-( to this!

I found check_bgpstate.pl in the contrib/ dir. My question now is must it
be compiled, or what do I do to integrate it with Nagios to my libexec/ dir?
Is that a dumb question?

TIA,

~j.c.

Check the contrib/ dir in the nagios-plugins package, you will find
check_bgpstate.pl :)
