Monitoring number of preccesses with pNSClient

We have a bunch of W2K servers which I try to monitor with pNSClient. What I was not able to figure out so far is how to ensure, that not less, than X number of certain processes are running. For example, if I run httpd.exe, I want the service to go Critical is there are less, than 6 copies of httpd.exe running, and go Warning, if less then 10.

Am I missing something?

PS. For the ease of deployment I did package the pNSClient files into an Install Shield installation and tried to contace the plugin authors to see if they are interested to have it for distribution. However, the email bounced. Are you guys out there? Do you want it?
