Load Average to CPU

Not that I'm aware of. The best way I know of monitoring cpu is to 
monitor vmstat and average the result via a shell script, or use mrtg or 
similar program. I'm sure there are a few scripts contributed in the 
contrib section of the plugins homepage. I have a vmstat perl script if 
you're interested but I found it was unnecessary for our implementation.
