Problems compiling with status/map MYSQl functionality

Try this --

cd /usr/local/mysql/include; ln -s ../include mysql
cd /usr/local/mysql/lib; ln -s ../lib mysql

I had the same problem with postgres. Nagios assumes that the mysql
files are in a folder named 'mysql' in the include and lib directories.
