Distributed Monitorig

Hi all,

my first question was the limitation from nagios. Well i know, i can solve
my requirement problem ( 600 server with round
about 25 services per server, in sum 15 000 services) with nagios
"distributed monitoring".

But now i have the next question, have anyone experience with distributed
monitoring from a large network ?
And what kind of experience ?
