NetBIOS Response Checking

Nope.  I will take a look into using this... I just want something that
doesn't need anything installed on the server.  Hopefully this works so I
don't have to end up doing that.  Of course, I wont know if it works the way
that I want it to for a week or so, but when I find out, I'll let everyone
know. Thanks.
