False Positives

They'll show critical on the web interface but an email notification
will not be sent until they reach the HARD 3/3 state. Is that what you
are seeing?

I'm probably missing some obvious directive here; I'm too deep into it.
I have services/hosts going critical on attempt 1 of 3 not 3 of 3 except
for my NRPE services. Any idea or suggestions are appreciated.
