Cmd file

Hello All, 
	I just setup Nagios 1.1 on a RedHat 9 box. I have everything
running except for the external command function. I followed the
directions on the web page
(http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/commandfile.html)
I have the rights setup (drwxrwsr-x    2 nagios   nagiocmd     4096 Nov
18 08:25 rw). I'm running apache under the user ID apache. Apache is
part of the nagiocmad group. I'm not sure why the nagios.cmd is not
being created. Anyone have any ideas?
