	Another possibility is the use of escalation definitions. Define a 
contact group as others have suggested and then use that group in 
service escalation definitions. That's what I do and my cell phone only 
gets a page if a critical problem hasn't been resolved or acknowledged 
in three contact attempts. The latter can be adjusted as needed.
