Macro for comment_author and comment_data

In looking at the 2.0 cvs source code, I see that 
HOSTACKAUTHOR,HOSTACKCOMMENT,SERVICEACKAUTHOR, and SERVICEACKCOMMENT are

defined as macros although I don't know if they actually work. They are 
not defined in 1.1.
