Warning message from Service Information

Hi,
 
I'm running nagios on a debian. 
I always get this warning.
Warning: Monitoring process may not be running!
Click  <http://147.151.69.63/nagios/cgi-bin/extinfo.cgi?type=0> here for
more info. 
Everything works fine except I can not open the Service and Process
commands.
Anyone any idea??
