My command look like this...
Define command{
	command_name	notify-by-sms
	comman_line	echo "$CONTACTPAGER$" "\"$NOTIFICATIONTYPE$
...<other macro stuff>...  \"" > /var/spool/nagios/yaps.cmd
}
